Role: Key Account Manager (B2C)
Designation: Manager Grade: L5 B
Function: Sales Department: Domestic Sales
Reporting To: National Business Manager

Role Objective

To manage and grow key B2C accounts in the pharmaceutical sector by driving strategic partnerships sales growth and seamless end-to-end account management across organized retail e-pharmacies and omni-channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with organized retail chains e-pharmacies and omni-channel B2C partners.

  • Drive Joint Business Plans (JBP) MoUs annual business plans and long-term agreements.

  • Ensure timely new product launches availability and execution across targeted geographies.

  • Own end-to-end account operations including PO management supply coordination POD tracking and timely collections.

  • Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.

  • Track market trends competitor activity and generate actionable business insights using data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Supply Chain Regulatory) for effective execution.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Internal: Sales teams Regional & National Business Managers Senior Leadership

  • External: Healthcare Professionals C&F Agents Stockists Chemists Retail Partners

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Pharmacy / Science (MBA preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2C Sales within pharma or healthcare.

  • Experience handling large pharmacy chains or institutional accounts.

  • Strong negotiation analytical and relationship management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Google Workspace and sales analytics tools.
