Job Summary

Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive

Reporting to: Operations Manager / Branch Manager

Level: E2 - E1

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Required Experience Range:

Targeted Industry: Courier / Transportation / Freight / Warehousing

Special Skills Required: Knowledge of Export Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Documentation

Need to create file once empty container picked up by shipper/ cha and need to keep cost in file as per SOP

Need to follow up with shipper/ CHA /Vendor for - Liner SI/ VGM/ BL Instruction /ENS/ ISF / AMS/ACI /AFR /CSBA etc

Need to share draft MBL/ HBL to shipper/overseas before sailing for SWITCH HBL need to take approval from Product head

Need to follow up with Liner about Freight / Local charges invoice and process their payments on time after checking with SOP

Need to issue ALLCARGO invoice on time and share with customer also courier as per customer requirements

Need to follow up with ICD/CONCOR / CHA/ VENDOR about their Invoices and submit to FIN after checking with SOP

Send Final Pre alerts to agents after sailing

Ops need to update FMC FILING and upload in DIGIVIEW

Send weekly HBL / MBL /invoices DSR

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate (UG: Any Graduate)

PG: Any Postgraduate

Should have complete knowledge of MS Office and Outlook .

communication skills should be good .
