This role leads Technical Program Management for Data & AI enablement initiatives supporting Commercial and Martech organizations. The position is responsible for driving the execution of Unified Data System and AI programs that enable omni-channel marketing targeting personalization and advanced analytics across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with marketing commercial data engineering platform and AI/ML teams across regions to ensure strong execution rigor seamless cross-team coordination and timely delivery of complex data and AI initiatives. The role focuses on execution orchestration delivery governance dependency management and risk mitigation to enable scalable enterprise-grade data and AI capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will
Own and manage end-to-end program execution for Commercial Unified Data System initiatives including data ingestion data pipelines platform integration and data fabric enablement
Drive execution of AI implementation initiatives by coordinating data readiness model development timelines deployment dependencies and cross-team deliverables
Build and maintain integrated program plans covering milestones dependencies delivery timelines and execution risks
Establish strong delivery rigor and governance including status tracking risk and issue management decision logs and dependency management
Act as the single coordination point across data engineering platform teams AI/ML teams Martech stakeholders and external vendors
Proactively identify execution risks roadblocks and delivery constraints and drive mitigation plans in partnership with stakeholders
Provide clear concise and leadership-ready delivery updates focused on progress risks and blockers
Support scalable data and AI enablement for Commercial and Martech use cases including analytics personalization and omni-channel activation
Collaborate closely with marketing commercial and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities timelines and outcomes
Required Qualifications
/ BE with 10 years of IT Experience in Technical Program Management Data Platforms or Digital Technology delivery
Strong experience managing complex multi-team programs across data engineering platform and AI/ML domains
Experience in B2B and/or B2C multi-country digital solution rollouts with a strong focus on process excellence
Subject matter expertise with the latest marketing technology industry trends best practices and scenarios
Familiarity with Martech ecosystems and data-driven marketing enablement is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery methodologies and execution governance.
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation scoping resourcing scheduling budgeting risk management and communication
Product management experience in global environments
Demonstrated effective organization & multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail
Ability to understand complex technical systems and translate them into structured execution plans
Clear business-focused problem solver with strong communication and leadership presence.
