- Proactively engage attendees in a friendly confident manner
- Educate homeowners about Window World products and services
- Qualify prospects and schedule estimate appointments
- Accurately collect customer information
- Represent the Window World brand professionally at all times
- Prior marketing promotional or lead-generation experience required
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
- Reliable transportation
- Extremely dependable and punctual (attendance is critical for event staffing)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
