Job Summary
Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Location: Work from anywhere in Virginia (Must be licensed in Virginia)
Schedule: Part-Time Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM9 PM Weekend availability a plus!
Target Caseload: 1522 sessions/week!
Compensation:
$65 per billable hour LCSW LPC (fully licensed)
$45 per billable hour LMSW LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

What Youll Do
Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
Deliver culturally responsive trauma-informed care
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
Active Virginia license: LPC LPC-R LCSW or LMSW
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience serving children teens and families
Trauma-informed culturally responsive approach
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
