Job Summary

Seeking Part-Time Custodians for Data Center site under construction. 3/9/26 start date. Candidates should be experienced self-motivated and able to work with little direction.

This is to clean command center for construction site. Once site fully launches will be opportunity for full-time if candidate does well and would like.

Overview:

$16.68/hour
3p-7p (slightly flexible on exact shift time)

Areas mainly cleaning:

Offices
M/F Restrooms
Conference Room
Corridors
Breakroom
Trash Cans

Essential Janitorial Duties and Responsibilities:

General Cleaning Warehouse area office area production area Restrooms Break Rooms. It entails A LOT of walking (miles a day) and includes emptying trashes (heavy lifting) and cleaning outside areas (make sure to bring coat)

While janitorial is a good part of the services we offer we also handle various other tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Removing and Bailing Cardboard
Moving and stacking Pallets
Floor cleaning experience highly preferred
Fork truck operation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a janitor custodian cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
Must have reliable transportation
