Jiostar is looking for a Client Success Manager to work as an integral member of our Revenue Management team consulting with some of the most exciting Companies across categories. With proven understanding of performance & brand marketing online media.
Responsibilities
- Work with advertisers - sales team to understand their business objectives and develop the Jiostar strategy in partnership with the Client Partner which will constitute building on insights crafting & executing page strategy creative and measurement recommendations.
- Provide dedicated solution to top clients to develop manage optimize and support strategic account plans and leverage data to create business solutions for clients;
- Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps platform strategy and the overall Jiostar narrative.
- Manage and analyse campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients goals metrics and objectives including leveraging large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights for advertising campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum experience of 7 years in a fast-paced startup MNC and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred.
- Understanding of online advertising.
- Understanding of industry client business models and competitive solutions.
- Knowledge of industry norms on media measurement.
- Excellent critical thinking analytical and technical skills are essential as well as curiosity persistence and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for and understanding of Jiostar brand and performance solutions.
- Strong passion for Jiohotstar and our mission
