The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner II uses tools theories skills and knowledge of nursing professional development (NPD) to improve the practice of staff. The NPD Practitioner functions in the roles of change agent mentor facilitator of learning leader champion of scientific inquiry partner for practice transitions and advocate for the NPD specialty. (BLS Instructor Pediatric Adv. Life Support and Nursing Prof. Development-BC required within 12 months of date of hire.)
