DescriptionDevelopmental Pathways (DP)has an opportunity for aProgram Manager (PM) Enrollment inourCase Management Departmentto supervise a team of individual contributors that primarily function as Case Managers. The Program Manager will direct the activities of Case Managers performing Home and Community Based Services Medicaid waiver enrollment including needs assessments and support plan development. The Program Manager will engage their staff peers and leadership with integrity and authenticity. They are responsible for creating and maintaining an engaged and supportive team culture.
Our ideal Program Manager Enrollment is a subject matter expert and people leader who will possess strong organizational collaboration critical thinking and communication skills. They use judgment to make business decisions based on the needs of the department or program. Lastly they will lead their team to deliver outcomes for internal and external partners while maintaining confidentiality assuring rights are protected and adhering to the organizations mission vision and values.
This role offers a 4-day 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling options of either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. The role includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at off-site locations.

Provide oversight and support to various business processes reporting mechanisms and trend analyses
Supervise and direct activities of assigned staff to ensure timely processing submission and distribution of reports data and work
Foster and maintain an inclusive team with productive team cohesion and dynamics
Observe supervise evaluate and document performance and ensure performance evaluations are completed and reviewed for all assigned staff
Address staff disciplinary issues in consultation with the Associate Director and Human Resources
Coach and mentor staff to improve the quality of documentation deadlines and soft skills as needed
Participate in the hiring process for open positions as needed
Lead and collaborate with others on all aspects of project management with emphasis on stakeholder communication resource availability and impact on the community
Ensure all applicable policies procedures and regulatory guidelines regarding persons served processes and funding are met. Ensure timely and efficient completion of documentation for funding continuity
Ensure workloads and/or caseloads are covered in the event of absenteeism and/or staff vacancies /monitor workloads as appropriate
Complete and update required training; participate effectively and appropriately and ensure training completion for staff
Other duties as assigned
