Job Summary

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Primary Care
Location: Vermont
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $120000 $140000 annually

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services within a collaborative multidisciplinary medical group. Key Responsibilities:

Perform medical services independently in an outpatient primary care setting
Provide comprehensive care to individuals families and groups
Promote health prevent disease and support overall wellness
Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and healthcare professionals
Educate patients to support informed healthcare decisions
Identify specialized teaching and learning needs
Maintain a safe efficient clinical environment
Support daily practice operations in a cost-effective manner
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active Vermont APRN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum one (1) year of primary care experience
Valid DEA license
National certification as Adult Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC); ACLS accepted if applicable
Board Eligible or Certified
Eligible for credentialing
Clean malpractice history
Ability to provide recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days)
Must not require visa sponsorship
Not open to locum or providers planning concurrent employment

Schedule & Additional Details:

Full-time exempt position (40 hours/week)
1:11 call rotation
Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance (no more than one hour)
