Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Vandalia IL.

Assignment:

• Days 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 8; 40 Hour Guarantee
  
• Start Date: 3/9/2026
  
• Contract: 12 Weeks
  
• Nonbillable Hours: 16 hours
  
• Travel Policy: Applicants within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.
  
• Dress Code: Business casual (Khakis and a polo)
  
• Location: Vandalia IL
  

Khakis

Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function. Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills including but not limited to therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education physical modalities gait training and manual techniques. Our therapists demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs evaluations and treatment of patients per the prescription of referring physicians.
  
• Assists in the clinic management of other personnel and students of the department.
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 Years of PT Experience is required
  
• Outpatient orthopedics experience is required
  
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed with dates employed listed is required
  
• An active Illinois/IL Physical Therapist License is required
  
• Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  
• Strong communication professionalism and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
