About role:

Completed Level 3 in residential childcare
On or completed Level 5 in residential childcare
Has supervised care staff for more than one year
Has worked in childrens homes for 2 out of the past 5 years and is already a qualified RM
GOOD or Outstanding Ofsted ratings as an RM previously
