Job Summary
Title : Sr. IT Business Analyst
Location: Riverdale UT - Hybrid 2 days/month
Duration: Long term Contract to hire
MUST HAVE
MINIMUM 10 years professional experience not all as a Business Analyst but similar roles/tech background
o Several years specifically gathering maintaining and supporting successful technical projects
Knowledgeable about technology/IT teams (ex. and what each team likely needs when gathering requirements
o Knows if a key group has been left out of the process (ex. Data Transfer team Firewall team QA team etc.)
Agile experience experience managing 3 projects at a time and documenting heavily throughout projects

Day in the Life:
Managing 3 projects at a time typically. They will be paired with a Project Manager the BA does bulk of the heavy lifting of understanding the project from a technical perspective. BA then breaks it down and explains it to the Project Manager. They maintain recurring and ad-hoc project management requirements reports user stories and dashboards. Works closely with PMs and SMEs to interpret and analyze results.

o Experience with data mapping or API mapping is helpful
