Village Green Landscapes is currently looking for seasonal full time Lawn Maintenance Crew Members
Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
Benefits:Paid Sick Time Off
Possibility for year-round employment if candidate is interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months. Benefits eligibility with year-round employment.POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure our customer properties are beautiful safe and well maintained. Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Members work in crews to complete lawn maintenance and ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.
They will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction brand loyalty and team collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
- Ability to perform tasks related to lawn maintenance
- Familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment including lawn mowers string trimmers pruners and backpack blowers
- Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal non-verbal and written
- Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
