Program Duration: Summer 2026 (10 Weeks)
Pay Range: $18$25 per hour (based on location experience and academic level)
Program Overview
Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational projects from day one. Over 10 weeks you will gain:
Hands-on experience supporting lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced operational and CI leaders.
A professional network across functions and facilities.
Career-ready analytical problem-solving and professional skills.

What Youll Do
As a Maintenance Intern you will:
Assist in supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment.
Help analyze downtime data to identify trends and recommend reliability improvements.
Participate in troubleshooting mechanical electrical hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
Support documentation updates including maintenance procedures and equipment records.
Collaborate with maintenance engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance.
Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
Qualifications
Were seeking motivated students who are ready to learn grow and contribute:
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Industrial Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
Basic understanding of mechanical systems electrical systems or industrial equipment preferred.
Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
