General Summary

Likewize is searching for a Reach Truck Operator to join our distribution center in Flower Mound this role youll be responsible for safely operating reach trucks and other material-handling equipment to move load unload and store products within the warehouse. Youll also ensure inventory accuracy support production and shipping needs and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate reach trucks pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments according to company and safety standards.
Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor.
Perform pallet picks put-aways replenishments and staging of materials.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
Follow inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy.
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.
Maintain clean and organized work areas including aisles docks and storage locations.
Follow all OSHA safety and company policies at all times.
Support warehouse team members with general labor tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

1 years of reach truck operation experience
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain through company training)
Ability to adhere to OSHA safety and company policies
Basic computer or scanner proficiency (RF scanners)
Ability to work in as a team in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience
