40Summary:
The Food Services Supervisor oversees daily operations of assigned food service areas within the hospital including patient meal service retail catering operations production sanitation and point-of-sale systems. This position ensures that all services are delivered safely efficiently and in alignment with hospital policies regulatory standards and customer service expectations. The supervisor provides leadership and training to staff manages operational workflows and collaborates with fellow supervisors and departmental leadership to achieve strategic goals in quality safety and financial performance.
Experience:
2 years supervisory experience in healthcare institutional or restaurant food service.
Education:
Associate Degree in Nutrition Food Service or related field OR certification as listed below.
Licensure Registration and/or Certification
Certified Food Service Manager OR education as listed above
City of Fort Worth Food Handlers Card
