Job Summary

Lawyer for supporting the International Distribution and Syndication business.

Key Responsibilities

Contract management

Advising business teams sitting worldwide

Structuring drafting negotiating and closing contracts and transactions.

Building contract and compliance checklist and processes.

Research and analysis of various policies amendments rules consultation papers notifications.

Identifying and finding ways to reduce legal risk

Working will various legal teams such as litigation general entertainment and piracy

Skills & Attributes for success

Anticipates potential barriers and develops alternate strategies; formulates an informed action plan to solve the problem

Act as a trusted member within the legal/compliance team.

Good research skills and staying current on evolving laws guidelines and industry standards

Good organizational and interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced dynamic business environment

Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate legal issues and solutions in an articulate precise and effective manner

Preferred Education & Experience

3-5 years of experience
