Mobile Fitting Manager Cool Clubs

Cool Clubs is hiring a Mobile Fitting Manager. This is a full-time position for someone who wants to travel across the entire United States! This person must be ready for a significant amount of travel and must be able to work weekends.

Job Description:

The Mobile Fitting Manager is responsible for performing golf club fittings and related assignments for a wide range of players including high handicap customers better playing amateurs VIP guests and tour players. Responsibilities include:

Mobile Operations & Travel

• Drive and operate a fully equipped mobile fitting van to golf courses clubs events and private fitting locations.

• Travel extensively across assigned regions and nationally including frequent overnight and multi-day trips.

• Set up break down and maintain mobile fitting equipment and environment to ensure a professional tour-level experience at every stop.

• Represent the Cool Clubs brand with professionalism while working independently in field-based settings.

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with golf courses clubs teaching professionals and industry partners to support business development repeat bookings and future mobile fitting opportunities.

Club Fitting

• Ownership of all aspects of the club fitting process (customer service technology sales etc.)

• Fit all customers using the good/better/best fitting process and make proper club recommendations

• Accurately document all fitting information in fitting software

Follow Through

• Remain in contact with customers during the build process when necessary

• Collaborate with builders on fitting/building challenges

• Address customer concerns and resolve them promptly to the customers satisfaction

Order Tracking

• Fluently understand order tracking system

• Enter all orders and pertinent information into order tracking system upon placing an order

• Provide order updates to customers as needed

• Update system as needed (pick-ups notes etc.)

Other Duties

• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge by learning about new technologies and products

• Keep mobile van/workstation clean and organized

• Utilize all safety protocols and equipment as set forth by the employee handbook and company policies

Required Job Skills:

• 3 years of in-depth club fitting experience

• Expert knowledge of golf equipment and shafts

• Excellent understanding of ideal golf ball launch characteristics

• General knowledge of club repair

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and POS Experience

• Ability to work independently

Recommended Job Skills:

• Experience with TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology

• Retail sales/customer service experience

• Excellent time management and phone etiquette skills

• Experience with managing a fitting site and/or managing other employees in the golf industry.
