Job Description:

Bythe end of the summer termyoullhave built a curated library of employee profiles testimonials stories and quotable soundbitesthat can be used across social media career pages and other channelscreating an impact that will lastwell beyond your work term.

Work Term : May 4 - August 28 2026

Work Model : This co-op opportunity is voluntarily in person remote or hybrid. If you decide remote or hybridyou will be required to work within the province.

What will you do

Proactively connect with employees across Sun Life globally to uncover stories thatshowcaseour culture Purpose andvalues.

Conduct internalinterviews to gather quotes testimonials and real employee experiences.

Createand organize alibrary of employeeexperiencesprofilesquotesandtestimonialsalong withshort and long versions of storiesandready-to-usecopythat can beused acrosssocialmedia career pages andotherchannels.

Collaborate with the Culture and Talent Brand team to align stories with priority themes and content strategy.

Research teams roles and initiatives across Sun Life toidentifynew storytelling opportunities.

Edit and refine content to ensure clarityconsistencyandalignmentwith the Sun Life Global Brand.

What you need to succeed

This opportunity is available to students with a August 2026 or later graduation date

A positive curiousandproactive approach.

Passion for research storytelling and uncovering meaningful insights.

Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.

Comfort connecting with new people and leadingthoughtfulconversations.

Experiencecreating engaging written content.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stories and projects at once.

Experience developingnew ideasand recommending creative approaches to content.

Working towards a post-secondary education inJournalism EnglishCommunicationsMarketingHuman ResourcesBusiness or related field.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
