What will you do
Proactively connect with employees across Sun Life globally to uncover stories thatshowcaseour culture Purpose andvalues.
Conduct internalinterviews to gather quotes testimonials and real employee experiences.
Createand organize alibrary of employeeexperiencesprofilesquotesandtestimonialsalong withshort and long versions of storiesandready-to-usecopythat can beused acrosssocialmedia career pages andotherchannels.
Collaborate with the Culture and Talent Brand team to align stories with priority themes and content strategy.
Research teams roles and initiatives across Sun Life toidentifynew storytelling opportunities.
Edit and refine content to ensure clarityconsistencyandalignmentwith the Sun Life Global Brand.
What you need to succeed

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
