In this position you will serve as the Country Head responsible for leading the Hägglunds business (hydraulic drive systems) in the Japanese market. You will drive a comprehensive solutions business that integrates products engineering services and digital offerings.
In addition to the sales organization your management scope will include aftersales service purchasing logistics and sales support teams.

- Develop business strategy for the Japan market
- Drive business activities to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Collaborate and report to global headquarters; share business plans and market insights
- Lead and manage teams across sales service purchasing logistics and sales support

Qualifications :
Required Skills (Essential Qualifications)
Industry / Business Experience
- Experience in business management within an industrial machinery manufacturer
- Experience driving solution-based business activities (identifying customer issues and providing/implementing solutions)
Organizational Management Experience
- Experience managing an organization with multiple functions (Sales Service Purchasing Logistics Administration)
- Experience as a line manager including talent development and organizational leadership
Financial / Strategic Skills
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities
Language & Communication
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency (mandatory)
- Business-level English (required for communication with the global headquarters; the final interview will be conducted in English with the Hägglunds business leadership team in Sweden)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience working at a heavy electrical equipment manufacturer
- Business experience in an English-speaking environment (customer-facing interactions or communication with overseas internal departments)
