What You Will Do
Partner with project stakeholders to define refine and align on project scope and objectives.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) integrated schedules Gantt charts critical path analysis and key workstreams.
Lead direct and control project execution proactively evaluating trade-offs to optimize scope schedule cost and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to establish budget requirements and monitor and manage costs to ensure alignment with approved financial targets.
Establish and execute a robust risk management plan by identifying analyzing and mitigating project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Support procurement planning and partner selection in collaboration with sourcing and supply chain stakeholders.
Define resource needs secure and allocate project team members clarify roles and deliverables and provide performance feedback to functional managers as appropriate.
Develop and implement stakeholder and communications management plans to ensure alignment transparency and engagement across key audiences.
Represent the project in governance forums and leadership reviews effectively communicating scope changes resource needs timeline adjustments and budget impacts.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Medical device industry experience
$89300.00 - $193400.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
