Position Overview
Are you passionate about exploring the world and helping others do the same Were looking for a dynamic people-focused Customer Engagement Travel Advisor to join our remote team.
In this role you wont just book trips youll build relationships create personalized travel experiences and keep clients excited from their first inquiry to their return home. Your ability to connect communicate and deliver exceptional service will turn first-time travelers into lifelong clients.
No prior experience No problem. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
What Youll Do

Consult with business and leisure clients to understand travel goals budgets and timelines

Design and coordinate customized vacations tours and excursions

Research fares schedules and travel options to secure the best value

Calculate total travel costs and present clear package options

Book flights hotels rental cars cruises and special events

Educate clients on travel requirements (passports visas documentation)

Provide destination insights including weather attractions and local customs

Manage itinerary changes and provide solutions if adjustments arise

Maintain detailed client records to ensure seamless service
