Lets talk about you!
- Strong understanding of the Business Telecommunications industry and associated products including FTTN/C Fibre and TC1/2/4.
- Hands-on experience with business-grade networking equipment such as Cisco ISR Fortinet Firewalls and Cisco Meraki.
- Solid knowledge of both basic and advanced networking technologies and protocols including QoS MPLS IPSEC BGP OSPF VLANs VRF SD-WAN and Layer 2.
- Experience with managed services including Cloud Connect Hosted Phone Systems and Managed Routing & Switching.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CCNA NSE4 or CompTIA A Networking.
- Experience providing technical support in a call centre or similar environment.
