Truly Green Farms is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IPM Coordinator to support our Operations Manager in daily greenhouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring healthy crops effective operations and a positive greenhouse environment. Only candidates eligible to work in Canada may apply.
What Youll Do:
- Monitor crop health scout for pests and diseases and assist with pruning and crop maintenance.
- Support biological and chemical applications while following all safety and food safety protocols (CanadaGAP).
- Collect and record crop data accurately including plant growth environmental conditions and pest observations.
- Participate in crop production meetings and assist with operational planning.
- Maintain clean safe and organized greenhouse areas.
Who Were Looking For:
- Post-secondary education in horticulture environmental science food safety or biosecurity.
- 2 years of greenhouse or crop production experience preferred but not required.
- Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of plant health pest management and IPM practices.
- Basic computer skills for data recording and reporting.
