As the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the daily operations and long-term strategy of SPLASH! our casual poolside restaurant and bar. We offer breakfast from 8am 11am an all-day menu from 11am - 9pm and daily happy hour from 3pm 6pm. SPLASH! features pool fare that can be ordered via QR code delivered to your pool chaise lounge or to your villa. We have a walk-up bar and a indoor space that can host guests in a sun-filled pool view room with both low-top and high-top seating.
This F&B manger will oversee a small team of 3-4 front of the house bar/servers and 3-4 back of the house cooks. all food and beverage outlets across the resort. Youll play a key role in ensuring outstanding guest service maintaining high operational standards and leading a motivated and professional team. What Youll Do
Drive Operational Excellence
- Manage daily food & beverage operations and develop strategies for long-term success.
- Oversee budgets purchasing inventory and cost control to support financial goals.
- Submit purchase requests manage invoices and complete required accounting tasks on time.
Create and Curate Exceptional Dining Experiences
- Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Craft menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and align with vendor inventory.
- Research new products and industry trends to continually innovate and enhance offerings.
Lead Develop & Inspire Your Team
- Hire train and motivate a high-performing F&B staff.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to drive consistent excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure daily task completion.
Champion Guest Service & Team Collaboration
- Foster seamless communication with all resort departments.
- Maintain a clean inviting and well-organized dining room kitchen bar and service areas.
- Lead by example promoting professionalism and the 10 Characteristics of the SCR Way.
Step In Where Needed
- Assist with cooking serving or bartending during busy periods.
- Support all resort standards policies and safety guidelines.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager (or equivalent).
- Certified Food Manager credential and alcohol awareness training.
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of budgets POS systems and P&L statements.
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends holidaysand be on-call when needed.
