Were seeking a qualified and experienced cliniciansuch as a social worker psychologist counsellor or mental health nurseto join our statewide practice team. Other qualifications and experience will also be considered.
This role offers a high level of flexibility with a significant proportion of work conducted from home (or from our work locations in Grafton Coffs Harbour or Ballina if preferred) balanced by regular in-person engagement with the children young people and carers you support.
This role supports children and young people in out-of-home care across Northern NSW. Our ideal candidate would be based in either Grafton Coffs Harbour Lismore or Ballina.
As part of a multidisciplinary team youll contribute to trauma-informed care planning behaviour support and placement matching to promote safety stability and healing. Youll engage with carers families and professionals to assess needs and guide therapeutic interventions tailored to each childs circumstances.
