About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager youll play a key leadership role within our National Field Sales team. This is a handson position where you lead from the front coaching your team in the field driving commercial outcomes and building a culture of accountability and performance.
What Youll Be Doing
- Spend 23 days per week in the field coaching and supporting your team
- Build a resultsdriven accountable culture aligned to strategy and KPIs
- Provide accurate market insights and regional performance updates through weekly and monthly reporting
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations to elevate customer engagement
- Build customer budgets across the portfolio and manage promotional activity
- Oversee pointofsale execution in line with Lactalis gotomarket guidelines
About You
Youre a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment. You bring strong business acumen a passion for coaching and the ability to influence outcomes.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in business (preferred)
- Strong financial understanding budgeting P&L to EBIT negotiation capability
- Deep knowledge of competitive environments across category and channel
- Advanced presentation skills and strong data analysis capability
- Customercentric mindset with strong retailer and channel understanding
- Experience in market activation
