Role At A Glance

Paystand is building an open commercial finance system with zero-fee instant B2B payments. As we scale we are hiring a Revenue Operations GTM Systems lead to design build and optimize the infrastructure behind our revenue engine.
This is a builder role. You will own our GTM systems architecture drive automation and integration and ensure our CRM and tooling enable repeatable data-driven growth. The focus is proactive systems design and innovation not reactive admin support.

What Youll Own

GTM Systems & Architecture

Own CRM and GTM stack end-to-end (HubSpot Salesforce Clay Gong Everstage etc.)
Design scalable lifecycle stages governance routing validation enrichment and workflows
Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions
Drive measurable adoption and tool performance

Automation & Integrations

Build automation to reduce manual work and improve pipeline integrity
Develop integrations and sync logic across CRM commissions and GTM tools
Prototype new workflows and scale successful experiments

Technical Project Leadership

Lead cross-functional systems projects (CPQ compensation automation enrichment tools)
Define scope requirements and execution across Sales Finance and Engineering

Tool Innovation & Adoption

Identify opportunities to reduce admin overhead
Research and deploy AI-enabled improvements
Evaluate and implement new GTM tools
Establish change management and adoption programs
Create documentation SOPs and training in partnership with Enablement

What You Bring

3 to 5 years in Revenue Ops Sales Ops GTM Ops or Business Systems (B2B preferred)
Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce): governance automation reporting data quality
Strong GTM tech stack experience (ZoomInfo Clay Gong Crossbeam Zapier N8N)
Experience leading cross-functional systems projects
Strong Excel skills; programming familiarity is a plus
Systems thinker with a bias to action
Strong data governance mindset and analytical skills
Proven ability to drive adoption and influence without authority
Comfortable operating between strategy and hands-on execution
