Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Proficient in interpreting the specification documents of Skid/package (in English) and capable of classifying the documents within the specification by components (containers pipelines bases pumps valves control systems etc.)
- Familiar with the inspection processes of containers pipelines pumps valves and control systems
- Able to prepare quality inspection plans in accordance with specification requirements (including containers pipelines skid bases pumps valves control systems PLC etc.)
- Prepare water pressure air pressure and other inspection procedures in accordance with specification requirements
- Prepare hardness impact appearance and other inspection procedures in accordance with specification requirements
- Prepare FAT SAT test procedures in accordance with specification requirements
- Prepare MRB Index and MRB sorting work in accordance with specification requirements.
- Capable of leading the companys QA team to complete the compilation and proofreading of various documents in the early stage.
- Verify the accuracy of the inspection documents submitted by QC during the process.
- Complete the compilation and proofreading of the complete MRB documents in accordance with the norms and procedures after completion.
- Other job duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related fields Must have 5 years engineering experience.
- 3 years of experience as a quality engineer in fields such as marine engineering chemical engineering power engineering and petrochemicals. Overseas project experience is preferred.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Possess strong oral and written communication to overcome obstacles to achieve goals and adapt to a changing environment.
- Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system
- Familiar with related quality regulations and special equipment industry specifications
- Familiar with GB and ASME pressure manufacturing quality management system;
- Familiar with manufacturing process and inspection requirements of metal structural parts and pressure vessels
- Good at communication organization coordination and analysis and judgment
- Welding NDT qualification is preferred
- Proficent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Primary-level or above professional engineering title or certification
- Welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) qualifications
