Job Summary
As our Dental Receptionist youll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your day will include:
- Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the practice diary
- Handling phone calls payments and health fund processing
- Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in dental or medical reception (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly professional and confident communicating with patients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a genuine passion for patient care
