Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: You arent just pushing products; you are helping customers find the optimal solution for automation which requires deep listening and problem-solving.
- Lead & Pipeline Management: You will handle the entire funnelfrom qualifying inbound leads and hunting outbound targets to closing deals and forecasting future revenue.
- Technical Design Collaboration: A unique part of this role is using Ventions proprietary tools (MachineBuilder). You will work alongside Application Engineers to turn a concept into a simulated functional machine design.
- Strategic Growth: You will act as a bridge to leadership providing feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies and ensure the company hits its monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications :
Your Profile
- Sales Proficiency: expertise in Discovery Calls qualification frameworks (like MEDDIC or BANT) and closing techniques.
- Technical Aptitude: comfort with production environments and the ability to understand mechanical or electrical automation requirements.
- Collaboration: navigating the hand-off between sales and engineering to ensure the customer gets a viable solution.
- Accountability: consistent CRM hygiene accurate forecasting and a quota-carrying mindset.
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are assets.
- A builder and operator who combines strategy with hands-on executioncapable of scaling fast while maintaining excellence.
