- Support Cost Engineering activities with a strong analytical and structured approach.
- Develop and maintain cost models including:
- Building structured cost breakdowns
- Applying factors weights and data-driven assumptions
- Using benchmarks and reference data
- Perform cost reduction analyses including:
- Benchmark comparisons
- Estimation of material process tooling handling and logistics costs
- Identification of optimization potential
- Develop design-to-cost proposals derived from analytical results and technical requirements.
- Define and apply cost engineering methodologies building on established best practices and proven frameworks.
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial cost structures
- Ability to technically discuss with subject matter experts (deep specialist knowledge is not required but technical credibility is essential)
- Experience with benchmarking and cost reduction programs
- Structured data-driven and persuasive approach.
- Fluent in English
- German language skills is good to have.

- Ability to support implementation with practical guidance.
- Capable of supporting stakeholder alignment using concrete examples and data.
- Familiarity with cost-reduction worksheets quality improvement initiatives and structured performance improvement methodologies is an advantage.
