Job Summary

Griffin Resources is recruiting for a Residential Sales Associate on behalf of CertaPro Painters in Tampa FL.

We are seeking aResidential Sales Associatewho will serve as the face ofCertaProduring inhome this role you willconduct onsiteinterior and/or externalresidentialestimatesdeliver sameday proposals drive revenue through both assigned and selfgenerated leads and guide homeowners through our Certainty Process from first contact to signed agreement. You will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional customer experience while meeting individual sales targets and supporting overall business growth.

The ideal candidate is a confident relationshipdriven sales professional withstrong communicationskills a polished inhome presence and the ability to educate influence and close. This personshouldthrive in a structured sales environment embrace CRM discipline and enjoyhunting for new or homeservices experience is helpful but notrequired.

Compensation:100% commission-based with a recoverable draw.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Conduct inhome and onsite residential estimates across assigned Hillsborough County zip codes.
- Deliver proposals on the spot whenever possible (or within 24 hours whenrequired).
- Present company solutions clearly and professionally highlighting value quality and theCertaProdifference.
- Close both companygenerated (80%) and selfgenerated (20%) leadstoobtainsales expectations.
- Achieve weeklyestimatevolume targets monthly bookedrevenue goals andrequiredcloserate benchmarks.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach including networking realtor engagement community events and followup of past inquiries.
- Execute consistent followup calls on all open estimates following thecompanyssales cadence.

Customer Experience

- FollowCertaProsCertainty Process to ensure homeowners feel informed respected and confident.
- Prepare homeowners for appointments through previsit qualification and expectationsetting.
- Educate customers on project scope preparation steps warranty color considerations and the overall value proposition.
- Maintaintimelycommunication before during and after each estimate.
- Capture critical project context (pets access timeline client preferences) to ensureaccurateproposals and customer trust.

Process Systems & Documentation

- Use the company CRM and estimating software 100% of the time.
- Maintainaccuratedocumentationnotes and followup actions after every appointment.
- Keep pipeline clean organized and free of missing data or ghost estimates.
- Submit required daily and weekly activity reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager for proposal review coaching and continuous skill refinement.
- Manage assigned zipcode territories with attention to drive efficiency and schedule optimization.

Professional Standards & Accountability

- Office hours are 8:00 AM5:00 PM MondayFriday though schedules may vary depending on field activity and operational requirements.
- Attend recurring sales meetings training sessions coaching and performance reviews.
- Complete onboarding requirements as applicable including CRM trainingCertaProUniversity courses anda potential2-day training in Philadelphia.
- Follow company SOPs pricing rules brand standards and approval processes-no unauthorized price deviations.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance communication and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of sales experience preferred (inhome home services construction real estate or similarexperience is preferred).
- Strong communication relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable conducting inperson appointments and driving daily within assigned territory.
- Ability to learn structured sales processes and follow proven scripts cadences and pricing systems.
- CRM experiencerequired(any system; training provided forCertaProtools).
- Highly organized with strong followthrough and documentation habits.
- Resultsoriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred but notrequired.
- Must havea validdrivers license andacleandriving record.
