Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Leverage sourcing techniques to identify engage & build pipelines of qualified candidates across consulting & strategy functions
2) Consultative Talent Advisory:
Act as a sourcing consultant to hiring teams offering data-backed recommendations market insights progress updates. Adapt sourcing strategies based on evolving role requirements build & maintain strong pipeline of candidates for current or future demands & delivery status.
3) Market Research & Intelligence:
Conduct competitor analysis and talent market mapping to support proactive hiring & improve sourcing effectiveness. Use insights to guide role definition & positioning.
4) Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders & recruiters to understand talent needs & role nuances.
Drive candidate engagement by effectively communicating employer value proposition (EVP) to both active and passive talent.
5) Agile Collaboration:
Operate effectively in a high-volume fast-paced delivery environment. Demonstrate flexibility in supporting cross-functional teams or peers when needed.
Qualifications:
1) Minimum 1 5 years of hands-on sourcing experience specifically in non-tech/corporate/consulting hiring (agency RPO or in-house setups).
2) Proven ability to manage sourcing strategy end-to-end - from planning to reporting and delivery.
3) Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting data management and sourcing metrics.
4) In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter job boards Boolean/X-ray search) and ATS/CRM platforms.
5) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and research.
6) High adaptability & a collaborative approach especially in dynamic high-demand environments.
Skills - Mandatory
1) Min. 1-5 yrs of hands on sourcing experience in consulting/non-tech hiring /corporate hiring/non-tech hiring for client in agency or RPO set-up
2) Consultative approach data management providing data-backed recommendations & Reporting - build sourcing strategies as per requirement . timely updates on progress/delivery & re-vamp/ adapt sourcing strategies as needed
3) Market Intelligence & Research - Strong understanding of talent market competitor landscape & industry trends. Ability to deliver insights to help hiring manager refine role requirements or market positioning of the role
4) Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement - Experience in partnering with business stakeholders to understand talent needs & engage active/engaging passive talent by positioning EVP
5) Agility & Adapatability to working in high-volume delivery set-up & open to supporting peers/other teams
