Job Summary

Role Description

As the Creator & Influencer Marketing Manager at Haris&Cos Social Media Department you are responsible for representing the social media department and its client brands as an on-screen host and creator while also owning influencer and talent collaborations end-to-end. You will be the face of selected brand and department content confidently presenting videos and managing creators influencers video presenters and actors for campaigns across platforms.

You will plan execute and manage influencer-led campaigns for both brand-building and performance-driven objectives. From onboarding influencers to coordinating shoots content approvals and final execution you will handle the complete influencer and hosting workflow. You will work closely with Social Media Managers Content Strategists Production team and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality output strong brand alignment and measurable campaign outcomes.

This role combines on-screen confidence creator coordination influencer strategy and execution ownership making you a key bridge between brands creators and internal teams.

Requirements

1. Hosting & On-Screen Presence

  • Act as the on-screen host / presenter / actor for department marketing and client videos while maintaining brand tonality clarity and relatability.

  • Participate in hosted content including explainers interviews trend videos case studies voice-overs or acting when required.

  • Review scripts and briefs in advance to ensure confident delivery and brand alignment.

  • Represent the department professionally during shoots recordings and public-facing content.

2. Influencer Marketing & Talent Management

  • Identify onboard brief and manage influencers creators video presenters and actors across platforms and niches.

  • Build and maintain a strong influencer and talent pool aligned with department and client needs.

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns based on brand objectives content strategy and allocated budgets.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with creators and influencers for long-term collaborations.

3. Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate influencer deliverables timelines content approvals and posting schedules.

  • Ensure smooth communication between influencers internal teams and clients.

  • Oversee influencer content from briefing to posting and final reporting.

  • Coordinate shoot schedules locations and talents with the production lead and accounts team when required.

  • Ensure all influencer and creator-led projects are executed on time and with high quality.

4. Reporting & Database Management

  • Maintain and update influencer and talent databases including contact details niches deliverables and pricing.

  • Track influencer performance metrics such as reach engagement and content effectiveness.

  • Maintain records of content assets campaign learnings and feedback for future optimization.

  • Support reporting requirements for influencer campaigns and hosted content initiatives.


5. Daily Responsibilities

  • Review influencer briefs scripts and campaign plans daily.

  • Follow up on influencer deliverables approvals and posting timelines.

  • Coordinate internally with strategists production and marketing teams.

  • Stay updated on influencer trends creator formats and platform behaviors.

  • Be flexible and responsive for shoot days urgent requirements or last-minute changes.

6. Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with Social Media Managers and Content Strategists to align influencer efforts with brand strategies.

  • Support production teams during shoots by managing creators and ensuring smooth on-ground coordination.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on department branding initiatives such as trend videos case studies and showcases.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest innovative influencer formats and creator-led storytelling ideas.

7. Strategic & Career Development Responsibilities

  • Contribute to department branding content including thought-leadership videos trend explainers and team showcases.

  • Gradually take ownership of select hosted or influencer-led formats to build leadership confidence.

  • Learn negotiation campaign planning and creator selection logic from senior team members.

  • Upskill regularly in influencer marketing trends hosting techniques video storytelling and on-camera confidence.

  • Take ownership of small to mid-scale influencer campaigns independently.

8. Your Role in the Team

  • Be the execution owner for influencer campaigns and hosted content assigned to you.

  • Act as a reliable bridge between creators brands and internal teams.

  • Ensure professionalism clarity and accountability in all influencers and creator interactions.

  • Align closely with Team Leads and the Department Head for performance reviews and growth planning.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Writer Director or Content Creator in an agency or digital content setting. Strong understanding of storytelling for short-form video (Instagram YouTube Shorts TikTok). Ability to conceptualize and execute scripts quickly while maintaining creative excellence. Experience directing on-set with models actors and production teams Familiarity with camera work lighting and editing basics. Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills. A portfolio of reels short films or branded content that demonstrates creativity and direction skills
