Team Member Sales & Marketing Support

Job Summary
Were seeking a dynamic and Experience Marketing Support Manager for the India Market business of the organisation. You will be responsible for providing the operational support like logistics coordination with other business functions for the smooth operation of the marketing team.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating with external vendors for marketing material management managing purchase order requirements through SAP and raising indents of inputs in SAP. Additionally you will coordinate with various teams for approvals and ensure smooth execution of departmental meetings and procedures.
You will work with different teams such as Legal Finance RA and GBS to facilitate agreement signoffs manage orders and agreements handle regulatory requirements and ensure proper documentation and vendor management for payments.
You will negotiate with hotel and event management teams for budget allocation arrange logistics for international meetings coordinate with various teams for speaker requirements and gifts and manage end-to-end arrangements for events like Annual & Half Yearly Meet and other marketing events to ensure hassle-free execution within defined budgets.
You will organize international auditor visits coordinate travel and logistics for expats/clients/auditors and provide operational support to the canteen committee to ensure smooth travel arrangements and support for international visitors

Qualifications :

Educational qualification: Bachelors in Pharma/ Engineering and MBA preferably from a top tier Business School

Minimum work experience: 5-7 Years of experience in Marketing/ Support function 

Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
Understanding of Pharmacetical domain/ organisation
Experience in MS office.
Experience in SAP.
Behavioural skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starting attitude with a strong drive and the ability to deliver value.
Possess good coordinating and organising skills.
