Job Summary

Pre-assembly and Repair Technician / Technologist
Salary range: $55000 - $75000
Main Tasks (non-exhaustive list):
Preassemble and testing of Fronius Robotic and Manual Welding Systems and components.
Good Record keeping and documentation skills
Troubleshoot and repair electronic technology equipment to board level and main system components using measurements and testing devices soldering techniques software utilities/tools and various hand tools.
Repair Arc Welding equipment components such as power supplies wire feeders torches and battery chargers
Job Requirements:
Technician diploma in Electronics Engineering program
Good Mechanical skills Experience with using power tools and other hand tools
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to Lift 50lbs
Willing to learn how to solve complex hardware and software problems through analytical problem solving and troubleshooting techniques and procedures
Nice to Have:
Experience with welding systems is an asset
Knowledge of working with ERP / SAP (BAAN) an asset
Bench level component troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
