WHO ARE YOU
Youre a motivated graduate at the start of your digital career keen to gain hands-on experience in a digital agency environment and work on real client accounts. Youre organised detail-oriented and enjoy supporting others to deliver high-quality outcomes while building your own skills and confidence along the way.
You have a strong interest in digital strategy and a genuine curiosity about AI-enabled initiatives and how they can drive better client outcomes. You enjoy collaborating with different teams value trust and quality in your work and are excited by the opportunity to grow into a lead Account Manager over time.
WHATS THE ROLE
The Graduate Account Executive is an entry-level role within the Account Management (AM) function at Revium designed to support the management and growth of existing client accounts while developing the skills required to become a lead Account Manager.
This role is intentionally structured to provide the right person with early exposure to real client work strategic thinking and AI-enabled initiatives. Working closely with senior members of the Account Management team Solution Design team and Project Management team the Graduate Account Executive will support the delivery of high-quality strategic advice and client outcomes with a clear pathway to progressively take ownership of client accounts over time.
A strong interest in digital strategy and a genuine passion for understanding adopting and driving AI-enabled initiatives both internally and externally is a core requirement of this role.
This is a fixed-term part-time graduate role offered as a paid internship for a period of three months.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Support the management of assigned client accounts under the guidance of the Client Services Director and Lead Account Director
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders over time building the foundations of trusted advisor capability
- Support the development of strategic plans proposals and recommendations for both existing and prospective clients
- Contribute to AI-related initiatives strategies and projects across client work and internal Revium initiatives
- Work collaboratively with internal Subject Matter Experts across Strategy AI Experience Design Engineering Marketing and Project Management
- Actively learn and apply best practice account management consulting and communication skills
Expected tasks:
- Support day-to-day account management activities for a selection of current clients
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations proposals pitches and strategic documentation
- Participate in client meetings workshops and reviews progressively taking on greater responsibility
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client work is progressing smoothly and issues are escalated appropriately
- Support the identification of opportunities within existing accounts and assist in developing responses
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of Tender and RFP responses as required
- Contribute to internal initiatives focused on improving ways of working particularly those involving AI and automation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and account information as directed
- Actively participate in learning and development activities mentoring and coaching provided by senior team members
- Attend relevant industry networking events to promote Revium and generate inbound leads leveraging personal networks and social media presence where appropriate. Revium will support and fund attendance at relevant industry events.
Development pathway:
This role is designed to support accelerated development into an Account Manager role. Over time and based on performance and capability the Graduate Account Executive is expected to:
- Take ownership of smaller client accounts
- Lead defined components of larger client engagements
- Play an increasingly active role in strategic conversations and proposal development
- Progress into an Account Management role within the business
Progression is based on demonstrated capability confidence and performance not tenure.
WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR
- Formal qualification in business marketing digital technology or a related discipline
- Strong interest in digital strategy consulting and client engagement
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and its application in business and customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional in appearance communication and demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confidence working with presentations and documentation (Microsoft Office - PowerPoint Word Notion and Excel)
- A proactive curious and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to learn seek feedback and take on increasing responsibility
- Prior agency or professional services experience is advantageous but not required
