The role
This is a role for someone who thrives at the centre of a busy executive environment. As the Senior Executive Assistant youll provide highlevel support to the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of Placemaking NSWkeeping diaries on track priorities clear and the executive office running smoothly. Youll be trusted to manage sensitive information anticipate needs and ensure urgent matters are handled quickly and professionally.
Youll work across a wide range of activities from coordinating meetings travel and projects to drafting briefs submissions and correspondence for senior leaders and a fastpaced setting with competing deadlines youll use sound judgement strong organisation skills and initiative to bring clarity structure and calm to complex workflows.
