The role

This is a role for someone who thrives at the centre of a busy executive environment. As the Senior Executive Assistant youll provide highlevel support to the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of Placemaking NSWkeeping diaries on track priorities clear and the executive office running smoothly. Youll be trusted to manage sensitive information anticipate needs and ensure urgent matters are handled quickly and professionally.

Youll work across a wide range of activities from coordinating meetings travel and projects to drafting briefs submissions and correspondence for senior leaders and a fastpaced setting with competing deadlines youll use sound judgement strong organisation skills and initiative to bring clarity structure and calm to complex workflows.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience providing highlevel executive support to senior leaders or Csuite executives in complex organisations.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage heavy workloads tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting briefs reports submissions and correspondence that can stand up to scrutiny.
  • High levels of discretion professionalism and integrity when dealing with confidential sensitive and highprofile matters.
  • Confidence liaising with senior executives Ministerial offices and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and judgement with the ability to interpret complex information and respond effectively to emerging issues.
  • A proactive adaptable mindsetcomfortable identifying gaps improving processes and supporting a highpressure executive environment.
  • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn government protocols systems and administrative processes.
