Job Summary
Current openings on afternoon and midnight shifts.
The WARDFLEX CSST Operator is responsible for setup and operation of manufacturing equipment to produce Corrugated Stainless-Steel Tubing. Operations include corrugating welding coating and testing of finished product. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and have the ability to progress and learn each operation of the facility within an 18-month time frame. Progression from a B operator to an A operator includes a wage increase.
Operators work as a team to accomplish efficient production of CSST.

How You Will Help
- Setup and efficient operation of corrugating lines coating lines and inspection stations.
- Loading raw stock and monitoring production as the product moves through multiple stages.
- Performing daily and weekly PMs on equipment.
- Identify and correct conditions out of specification.
- Operate manufacturing equipment including lift trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
What You Will Bring
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read detailed product drawings.
- Experience with Tig welding or plastic extrusion equipment helpful.
- Competence in utilizing quality inspection devices such as micrometers calipers and slip gages.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively.
