Job Summary
Maintenance Officer for handling all the shift activities as well as shutdown & other maintenance related activities independently.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure spare parts availability before execution of the jobs
2. Responding to the emergency breakdowns.
3. Complete tasks assigned based on priority.
4. Detect faulty operations defective material & report those & any unusual situations with proper supervision.
5. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines equipment & plant facilities.
6. Follow established safety rules & regulations.
7. Responsible for fulfilling the maintenance KPI fully.
8. Comply with the instructions given in all the SOPs & protocol.
9. Maintain a clean & orderly work area by ensuring that floors are clean & organized appropriately.
10. Contribute ideas to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Profile/Competencies:
Education: ITI/Diploma in mechanical engineering
Background: Plant related mechanical maintenance work
Level of experience: 2-3 years
Essential/Mandatory: ITI/ Diploma in mechanical engineering.
Preferred: More than 2 years of experience in plant related maintenance activities.
