What Youll Be Doing
Processing titles registrations and all deal related paperwork with precision and speed
Double checking every detail to ensure clean compliant deals
Working closely with sales finance and management to keep the deal flow seamless
Communicating with customers lenders and state agencies to finalize transactions
Tracking deadlines managing files and staying ahead of the curve
Supporting a dealership team that counts on you every day
What Makes You a Great Fit
Dealership or title experience is a huge plus
A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracy
Strong multitasking skills you can juggle plates without dropping them
Confident communication with customers and teammates
Familiarity with DMV systems RouteOne Dealertrack or similar platforms
