Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer claims ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Maintain statistical keys and analyze return reasons.
  • Create monthly reports on failure hotspots anomalies and warranty cost trends.
  • Review and correct claim data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify pricing due dates and compliance before claim processing.
  • Track and confirm the return of claimed parts.

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification and Education Requirements:

BE/Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.

Experience:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

  • Good understanding of warranty workflows and master data.
  • Responsible precise and able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn with a continuous improvement mindset.
