Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals social media and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and trackers using Excel
Post job openings and manage applications
Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates
Support end-to-end recruitment activities

Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
Good computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
