Job Summary

Were looking for a Sales Engineer to work with prospects to support their evaluation this role youll work across the organization to help prospects understand their objectives connect Recentives platforms to solve those challenges and set them up to have long-term success as a Recentive partner.

What Youll Be Doing


  • Engage on the Front Lines: Meet our users where they are. Develop a deep understanding of the problems they face in their roles and across the organization balancing quick wins with long-term impact. Partner with them from initial discovery through implementation.
  • Showcase Solutions: Develop highly-curated content including case studies documentation demos and other materials to enable prospects to understand all avenues of Recentives impact.
  • Build Together: Work directly with executives operators and engineers to understand business goals surface context and identify product possibilities. Translate these insights into system requirements that balance technical elegance with real-world constraintseven when the problem is still taking shape.
  • Amplify Feedback: Collect distill and share prospect insights to help shape roadmaps and feature prioritization.
