We are looking for a resilient and strategic partner to join us for a 12-month parental leave cover.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a critical role in closing immediate capacity gaps and driving the growth of our high-performance teams. You will shift the dynamic from filling reqs to solving business problems acting as a strategic advisor who challenges unrealistic requirements and influences org design. You will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for a diverse portfolio navigating the dynamic needs of both established HomeToGo functions and the distinct startup-like environment of our subsidiaries: Smoobu SECRA etc. You will act as a guardian of talent density empowered to pause processes if the bar lowers ensuring we prioritize long-term performance over short-term seats filled.
How youll add value
- Strategic advisory & intelligence: Shift from order taker to strategic partner. You will leverage talent intelligence (supply/demand shifts Build vs. Buy scenarios) to challenge unrealistic requirements and educate stakeholders ensuring we spot emerging talent pools before competitors do.
- Hiring delivery & quality:Drive the hiring plan within SLAs while acting as a guardian of quality. You will secure a >90% offer acceptance rate and successfully manage a mix of tech and business positions (including high-volume German-speaking roles) without lowering the bar.
- Champion candidate experience: You treat every candidatehired or rejectedwith respect and transparency. You own the Candidate NPS metrics ensuring a seamless high-touch process that enhances our employer brand even for those we dont hire.
- Innovation & AI-efficiency:Challenge the status quo by piloting AI-driven tools and treating recruitment like a product. You will A/B test outreach experiment with new channels (e.g. GitHub Slack) and iterate on interview formats to continuously optimize funnel conversion.
- Operational excellence & projects:Beyond the queue you will drive process improvements and maintain 100% data integrity in our ATS. You ensure accurate reporting that allows us to pivot strategies based on real-time insights rather than gut feeling.
Youll be successful in this role if you
- Experience: Bring solid in-house recruiting experience from a dynamic tech environment ideally with a background that spans both technical and business roles.
- Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change quickly. You find clarity in ambiguity and keep things moving forward effectively.
- Commercial mindset:You see beyond the open requisition and understand the broader business context allowing you to act as a true consultant to your hiring teams.
- Network builder:You value long-term relationships over short-term transactions naturally building talent networks that may pay off months down the line.
- Sourcing expertise:You are a detective at heart who looks beyond the obvious channels to find talent that others miss.
- Communication:You have a clear professional communication style in English that allows you to build trust and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Nice-to-have:Fluency in German (professional working level) is a strong plus as is a background combining both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
