Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Managerto join our dynamic sales team at our Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and building strong teams. Our Sales Manager must have the ability to meet the highest standards in both sales and customer aSales Manager you will help the dealership meet its unit sales quotas andits gross objectives on a daily monthly and yearly basis while providing exceptional customer service. Hoselton is an established high volume multi-franchise dealer with an opening for the right person.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Manage showroom activities for your sales team. Be an ambassador for the Auto Malland seek sales andprofitwith integrity. Coach sales associates on how to meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities. Assist in merchandising and inventory control.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thoroughunderstanding of our automotive inventory features and specifications. This includes all vehicle options financing and aftermarket products. Maintain current knowledge and accuracy of manufacturer rebates and incentives.
- Manufacturer Support: Maintain current knowledge of franchiseto dealer programs and spiffs. Ensure the dealer meets or exceeds all franchisecorporate requirements.
- Documentation: Track daily and monthly sales targets and keep your team goal oriented. Maintain data and reports for senior management.
- Customer Service: Possess a customer centric approach when working with customers and staff. Keep consistently high customer satisfaction scores. Coach sales associates on how to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Team Development: Hiring scheduling and performance monitoring of the sales team. Actively support employee development through coaching and career development.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market dynamics.
- Relationship Building: Work collaboratively with the finance department and other departments to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in automotive sales management.
- Above average CSI track record
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude willing to learn and grow.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to think on your feet. Self-starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership.
- High energy outgoing and willingto work closely with our sales team and other departments
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software internet proficiency and general math skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
