Salary range: $50000-$70000/ year *Based on experience and education
Schedule: Mon 9a - 7p;Tues 9a - 7p; Wed 9a - 4p; Thurs 8a - 6:30p; Fri 9:30a - 12p
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
- Salary range: $50000-$70000/ year *Based on experience and education
Schedule: Mon 9a - 7p;Tues 9a - 7p; Wed 9a - 4p; Thurs 8a - 6:30p; Fri 9:30a - 12p Bachelors degree.
An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V LCSW LMHC LMFT LCAC LSW LMHC-A LMFT-A LAC LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
- Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
- Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.
