As a Senior Category Supplier Manager (CSM) for Construction Trades Sourcing is responsible for accomplishing category strategies laborecosystem risk mitigation and strategic sourcing initiatives that support Microns U.S. infrastructure development projects. This role partners with internal collaborators labor groups and community allies to ensure reliable workforce capacity cost efficiency and resilient tradelabor execution. The position supports construction activity across the eastern U.S. including Microns mega fab site in Clay New York and ongoing operations in Manassas Virginia.
